I handcraft all jewelry in my home studio in Lincoln, Nebraska.

The two primary materials that I use in my creations are stainless steel and acrylic. I choose to use stainless because it is low maintenance, durable, tarnish resistant, and hypoallergenic for most people.

All of the acrylic pieces are all laser cut by me in my studio. Some of these pieces also have hand-painted detailing and/or are layered like tiny puzzles.

I do also use glass or stone beads in some designs.

While stainless steel is durable and tarnish resistant, I do suggest removing all jewelry before showering or sleeping.

Stainless steel does not require polishing but to remove fingerprints or smudges a soft cloth works great.

All acrylic jewelry should be removed before showering or sleeping as damage may occur.

Any acrylic jewelry should not come in contact with any alcohol based products (perfume, hairspray, etc.) as it may cause damage. Be sure to apply these products before putting on the jewelry.

Please note that because each item is handcrafted, there may be some variations from item to item.

There may also be variations in the appearance of glitter & marble acrylics.

Orders are shipped 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. This will include a tracking number, but not shipping insurance. If you would prefer your item to be shipped with insurance feel free to contact me and I can give you a quote for the cost. 

Bella Marie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package should be damaged in transit please message me within 72 hours of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and the item. If photos are not provided or if I am not contacted within 72 hours of delivery, I will not be able to process the damage.

If you are needing your item by a certain date, please contact me prior to ordering to ensure that it will arrive to you on time. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee exact delivery dates as once the item is shipped it is now out of my hands and with USPS. All delivery dates given are considered estimates and may vary.

Please always verify the shipping address before placing an order. If you happen to have the wrong one entered, please message me immediately with the correct address. If your package has not shipped I am still able to change it but if it has already shipped I am not. I do ship things out quickly so please let me know right away.

Each item is carded and placed into a sealed plastic bag. All items within an order are then placed together inside a box with tissue paper before shipping.

Custom orders are always welcome. If you are interested in a custom order feel free to reach out and we can talk it through to see if it is something that is possible.

Please keep in mind custom orders generally require some back and forth correspondence. This will include photos for approval along the way in order to create the perfect item that you were hoping for. Due to the need for additional communication, please plan for additional time should you need the item by a specific date and be sure to check your messages often and respond promptly in order to not delay the completion of your item.
